BULK ORDERS & CORPORATE GIFTING POLICY

At TrueCrop Foods, we understand that gifting is more than an exchange of products—it is an expression of appreciation, gratitude and lasting relationships.

Through our premium brand Fable & Figs, we offer thoughtfully curated gifting solutions and bulk supply services for businesses, institutions and special occasions. This Policy outlines the terms governing bulk purchases, corporate gifting and customised orders.

1. Scope

2. Product Availability

Bulk orders are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Seasonal availability
  • Procurement timelines
  • Packaging material availability
  • Production capacity

Acceptance of a quotation or enquiry does not guarantee product availability until confirmed by TrueCrop Foods.

3. Quotations

All quotations issued by TrueCrop Foods are:

  • Based on product availability at the time of quotation.
  • Subject to applicable taxes.
  • Subject to freight or delivery charges unless otherwise specified.
  • Valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

If no validity period is specified, quotations shall generally remain valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless withdrawn earlier.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Certain products, customised gift boxes or corporate gifting solutions may be subject to minimum order quantities.

Applicable MOQs will be communicated during the quotation process.

5. Customisation

Subject to feasibility and order quantity, TrueCrop Foods may offer customisation options such as:

  • Gift sleeves
  • Custom ribbons
  • Festive packaging
  • Event-specific packaging

All customisation requests are subject to approval and production capability.

6. Artwork & Branding Approval

Where customers provide:

  • Company logos
  • Artwork
  • Brand assets
  • Messages
  • Designs

the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use such material.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs before production begins.

TrueCrop Foods shall not be responsible for errors approved by the customer after final proof approval.

7. Pricing

Bulk pricing depends upon factors including:

  • Product selection
  • Quantity
  • Packaging
  • Level of customisation
  • Delivery location
  • Seasonal demand

Pricing for bulk orders may differ from retail pricing displayed on the Website.

8. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Orders may require an advance payment before production begins.
  • The balance amount, if applicable, shall be payable before dispatch.
  • Production timelines may commence only after receipt of the required advance payment and final approval of specifications.

Alternative payment terms may be agreed for approved business customers.

9. Production Timeline

Production timelines vary depending upon:

  • Order size
  • Product availability
  • Packaging requirements
  • Customisation
  • Seasonal demand

Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

10. Delivery

Deliveries may be made:

  • To a single destination.
  • To multiple delivery locations (subject to agreement).
  • To individual recipients where such service is specifically arranged.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional charges may apply for multiple delivery destinations or special handling requirements.

11. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any issue relating to:

  • Transit damage
  • Incorrect products
  • Missing quantities
  • Packaging damage

should be reported within 24 hours of delivery together with supporting photographs and order details.

12. Cancellation

Bulk and customised orders often involve dedicated procurement and production.

Accordingly:

  • Orders cancelled after production has commenced may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Customised packaging or branded products generally cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Advance payments relating to completed customisation work may be non-refundable, except where required under applicable law.

13. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customised and food-grade nature of bulk orders:

  • Returns may be accepted only in cases of verified transit damage, incorrect product supplied or genuine quality concerns.
  • Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

14. Product Variations

Natural agricultural products may exhibit variations in:

  • Colour
  • Size
  • Shape
  • Texture
  • Taste
  • Aroma

Such natural variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return or rejection.

15. Force Majeure

Production or delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of TrueCrop Foods, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labour shortages
  • Supplier delays
  • Public emergencies
  • Power failures
  • Other unforeseen events

In such cases, TrueCrop Foods will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and complete the order as soon as practicable.

16. Limitation of Liability

TrueCrop Foods shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

  • Delayed gifting events.
  • Courier delays.
  • Recipient unavailability.
  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
